How To Make Chicken Bites in the Air Fryer
Combine the ingredients in a small bowl, leaving out the chicken and cooking spray. Mix until combined.
Put the chicken pieces in a large ziplock bag or a medium bowl. Add in the seasoning mixture and toss to coat.
Give the meat time to marinate for at least 15 minutes and up to two hours.
Apply nonstick cooking spray to the air fryer basket and add the chicken pieces in a single layer. Do not crowd or overlap any piece of chicken.
Make sure air circulation around the food is possible for air frying for success and food safety.
As a result, you must prepare a second batch after the initial one and keep doing so until all the chicken is cooked.
They are addictive, so be careful not to snack too much during the process!
How Long To Cook Chicken Bites in Air Fryer
It only takes 9 to 11 minutes to cook these delicious little chicken bites in your air fryer until they are perfectly cooked.
I suggest cooking at 380 degrees. When a meat thermometer is inserted into the thickest part of a chicken, the internal temperature must read at least 165F for the chicken to be considered cooked.
The precise cooking time will depend on the size of the chicken chunks and the brand of air fryer you use. I recommend checking your pieces at the 9 minute mark.
I experimented with the cooking temperatures with this recipe. This is the ideal speedy cooking setting without overly charring the marinade.
It’s critical to note that while the chicken ends do not burn, they do acquire a charred texture and flavor. The crispiness of these chicken bites is the cooked sugars. Magic!.

What kind of Chicken should I Use
For this recipe, I prefer to use skinless, boneless chicken thighs to ensure moist, tender chicken. However, you can also use boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
However, I have found that skinless chicken breast tends to come out a little drier.
